at the CNC machine.
RealPRO Management
can be operated independently of
the CAD/CAM system.
Standard components permit seamless integration
into an existing software infrastructure.
The sequences are always displayed based
on machine-specific NC programs (executable NC programs
in control format after the post processor run),
using detailed reproductions of the engine
room, machine kinematics, and the NC control system. A
continuous material abrasion is
calculated permanently with the help of tool geometry
and displayed on the monitor. Tool paths are displayed
accurately and taking into account machine wear and tear.
The complete machine room is monitored for
collisions both geometrically and technologically.
Freely definable collision areas for the clamping devices
during collision detection permit a divergant clamping
situation at the real CNC machine.
