ProfiNC-JOKER

A new concept is gaining recognition - approx.  20,000 machine tools are equipped with Profi NC-JOKER  NC programs .  The graphically computed tool paths in ProfiCAM are converted into the required control format  In implementing this, special emphasis is placed on supporting the control intelligence. Excerpt from the machine and control list: Bosch, Chiron, DMG, Fanuc, Heidenhain, Hermle, Hüller Hille, Index, Mazak, Mitsubishi, Okuma, Phillips, Siemens, Stama, Traub, WFL, etc.

ProfiNC-Interpreter

By using the  ProfiNC-Interpreter, NC programs can be converted into different
control formats. Needless to say that subroutines and cycles are also logically included and converted.

ProfiNC-Time

ProfiNC-Time  is used for capacity and cost planning. 
On the basis of NC programs, machine parameters, and hourly rates, primary and secondary processing times of components and costs per unit are calculated.. All popular NC program formats can be used for the calculation. 
The evaluation form for standard factor costing can be created in an individual for-
mat. This ensures high planning reliability for both delivery deadlines and machine capacities.
