PDA/MDA Acquisitions 

The primary aim in designing the PDA/MDA software was to give even operators with few PC skills a simple and self-explanatory operator interface. This PDA/MDA module can be used to capture not only manual operator entries but also machine statuses. The software is configured individually tosuit enterprise-specific requirements. 

Online Monitor

The COMU module Online Monitor supplies the user with all necessary information, at a glance, in real-time. This gives him immediate insight into the current situation with regard to production and assembly. The module can display, amongst others, not only operating and secondary processing times but also piece numbers, both in the form of an overview for the foreman in his area and as a global view for the planner or Production Manager. It goes without saying that information is sent via text message or email.

Time Bar

This software enables the user to precisely display the productivity of machinery/ equipment in a time bar diagram and to depict it graphically. The clearly laid-out screen display shows all machine-related informated at a glance. This provides the foreman with a quick and simple way of checking how, for example, the last shift went.
