COMU PZE records time in/out movements of personnel via data terminals and immediately checks both the authorization and correct order of bookings. This booking data is offset and accumulated in the relevant time sheets. Absent days such as vacation, sick leave, vocational school etc. can be scheduled in a clearly laid-out calendar. 

Staff members are able to use the booking terminals any time to request information such as hours worked, balance of hours worked, remaining leave or further information of their choice. At the end of a payroll account period, the individual time sheets and calender dates are used to calculate gross wages. With the help of certain parameters, the program can be adjusted precisely to meet individual requirements. This helps to create an exact picture of tariff agreements in force, plant bargaining agreements, or individual regulations on working hours.

It goes without saying that both evaluations and the following information can be provided: Degree of presence/absence, hours worked, availability of staff for com-
plete plant, departments, cost centers, or work groups.
