The  Production Data Management system brings order to production data. It is an ideal  instrument not only for communication but also for linking production processes. The entire available data can be accessed at a mouse-click and is presented in a clearly arrangef fashion, from design, production planning, NC programming, and tool pre-setting right up to the machine. Each department enters the  Production Data Management  fsystem rom a different angle. If, for example, entry is done via an  article number, the following information is shown 

• Product master data
• Tool used, measuring and test equipment, fixtures, and documentes
• Information on machines and materials.
• Drawings, clamping diagrams, and photos.
  

The Production Data Management  system FactoryDIRECTOR  can now either be fed with information by the individual departments, or it serves as an information retrieval system everywhere within the company.

DNC Tools and more

The Production Data Management includes easy to handle comparison and editor features. These provide the security for production that there is always the currently valid programm available. Should there be no or insufficient production data available, or should the article be blocked, then the respective data record will not be available, either. This ensures that no sub-standard production can occur. 

NC-Editor

In addition, there are further useful assistants which can be integrated, such as the NC-Editor , as  “Word for Engineering”, for simple and quick display and editing of NC sets.

NC-Compare

The functionality is complemented with the comparison program NC-Compare  which,  with a click of the mouse, displays the differences between NC program files in a clearly-arranged manner and which makes child's play of comparing NC programs. right up to  NC-Report , which lists all programs returned by production.
